With the promotion of the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin，Shanxi has gradually taken the value realization of ecological products as an important measure of transformation. In recent years，the Yellow River Basin in Shanxi has made outstanding achievements in realizing the value of ecological products，but there are also some practical problems，such as lack of common evaluation criteria，the lack of effective supply，the unsound trading mechanism，and the shortage of funds. It is suggested to establish the accounting system，construct the market system，promote industrial ecologicalization and ecological industrialization，improve the ecological compensation mechanism，improve the green finance support mechanism，and strive to promote the value realization of ecological products in Shanxi Yellow River Basin.
