ByteDance is one of China’s Internet giant enterprises，is China’s fastest growing Internet enterprises in recent years，its overseas business has achieved significant results，is a model for the overseas development of Chinese enterprises，and its internationalization process can provide ideas for other enterprises. This chapter takes ByteDance as the research object and conducts research and analysis on its international development. Specifically，the first part introduces ByteDance’s domestic and international development history and internationalization status；the second part focuses on the analysis of the driving forces of ByteDance’s international development，that is，communication culture，market prospects and strategic ideas，and clarifies the advantages of ByteDance’s internationalization；the third part introduces the key factors of ByteDance’s international development，including technological innovation，strategic path，brand influence，and excellent team，and analyzes the reasons for ByteDance’s successful overseas development；the fourth part provides prospects and suggestions for ByteDance’s further internationalization from the aspects of coping with risks，localized operations，reserve talents，and broadening the market.
