The establishment of Beijing enterprises’ “going global” comprehensive service platform is one of the important measures in the new period to boost Beijing enterprises’ “going global” and integrate into the “Belt and Road” construction and the “double cycle” development pattern. Based on this，this report firstly summarizes the basic situation of Beijing enterprises’ “going global” comprehensive service platform，including its establishment and strategic positioning，spatial layout and planning，and invest overseas relevant promotion measures. On this basis，this report analyzes the influence mechanism of Beijing enterprises’ “going global” comprehensive service platform on enterprises’ overseas investment from three dimensions：government service，financial service and business service. Finally，this report puts forward relevant recommendations from three levels of government，platform and enterprises.
