在全球数字化进程加快以及我国自贸区建立的双重背景下，本报告聚焦北京自贸区数字贸易高质量发展进程。首先，梳理了北京自贸区数字贸易发展背景概况，包括数字贸易内涵与特征、北京自贸区数字贸易发展优势以及北京自贸区数字贸易发展定位；其次，在此基础上，详细剖析了北京自贸区数字贸易高质量发展目标与驱动因素——包括数字经济驱动、技术发展驱动以及宏观政策驱动；最后，本报告根据北京自贸区数字贸易发展现状提出了未来展望以及相关政策建议，包括完善数字贸易法律制度与保障体系、推动数字贸易产业集群发展以及加强与共建“一带一路”国家合作。本报告对于提升北京自贸区数字贸易发展质量、推动北京自贸区数字贸易高质量发展进程具有一定借鉴意义。
<<Under the double background of the accelerated development of the global digitization process and the establishment of China’s free trade zone，this report focuses on the high-quality development process of digital trade in the Beijing Free Trade Zone，and first sorts out the development of the Beijing free trade zone and the digital trade，including the connotation and characteristics of digital trade，and the development advantages of digital trade in the Beijing Free Trade Zone and the digital trade development positioning of the Beijing Free Trade Zone；on this basis，the high-quality development goals and main drivers of digital trade in the Beijing Free Trade Zone are analyzed in detail，and finally，this report puts forward the future outlook and relevant policy recommendations based on the development status of the Beijing Free Trade Zone. This report has certain reference significance for improving the quality of digital trade development in the Beijing Free Trade Zone and promoting the development process of digital trade in the Beijing Free Trade Zone.
