This report separately from the geographical distribution,industry distribution,ownership structure distribution and other dimensions of the 2021 “Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands” of Chinese brand enterprises for quantitative analysis,and selected typical enterprises for qualitative analysis and summary. In general,the number of Chinese brand enterprises in 2021 increased slightly compared with last year,and the overall brand value grew rapidly. From the perspective of geographical distribution,most of the shortlisted Chinese brand enterprises come from the east,1 enterprise from the western region,1 enterprise from Hong Kong;but the central region,northeast region no enterprise shortlisted;in terms of industry distribution,information transmission,software and information technology services are the industries with the largest number of finalists,followed by wholesale and retail,and financial industry. From the perspective of ownership structure,the number of private enterprises is the largest,followed by state-owned enterprises,and the number of wholly owned brands from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan legal entities is the least. Based on the specific cases of typical enterprises,it is concluded that:in the context of the global pandemic,Chinese brands should continue to increase investment in research and development and industrial upgrading,while the government should use fiscal power to help disaster-hit enterprises out of their immediate difficulties.
