In the draft of the “The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”，“Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration” was written separately for the first time. As the core area of cultural and economic development in Bohai Rim region，the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration are aiming at the development of world-class urban agglomeration. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration has a profound cultural heritage and a good economic foundation. With the implementation of the strategic goal of integration，the coordinated development of cultural industries has been put on the agenda and initial results have been achieved. Three depends on the culture industry development pattern to take shape，and highlight with Beijing as the core of culture，talents science and technology elements as driving force，work with cultural resources and industrial advantages of Tianjin and Hebei to form a cluster effect，promote regional cultural industries core competitiveness，to better help the whole development of the capital economic circle. In the next step，in response to the problems existing in the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration，we will continue to improve laws and regulations，further create the spatial layout of “metropolitan circles” at different levels，form micro-aggregation of resources，and optimize the allocation of talents，to realize the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration.
