Teachers are the most direct task bearers of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities，and the backbone of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training. The level of teachers is directly related to the effect of educational development. With the help of demographic characteristics，it shows the structural characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in my country’s sports industry. Through the analysis of the attitudes and behaviors of the innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in the sports industry，we objectively grasp the current situation and problems of the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in the sports industry in my country’s colleges and universities. On the basis of grasping the macroscopic quantity and other conditions，highlight the attention to internal factors such as individual attitudes and behaviors，summarize the characteristics of the current situation of teacher development，explore the difficulties and points of teacher development，and put forward suggestions and countermeasures for teacher development. By focusing on the training needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in my country and the development characteristics of the sports industry in the new era，it outlines the development trend of teachers and provides reference and guidance for the development of teachers.
