Anhui Province has comprehensively promoted the construction of medical alliances in the province in recent years，systematically evaluating its construction effects，summarizing the effectiveness and experience，and finding problems，which are of great significance for improving the level of medical alliance construction. The evaluation results show that the construction of the medical alliance in Anhui Province has achieved phased results，the integration and sharing of resources have been basically realized，the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment pattern has been initially formed，the integrated health service system has been initially constructed，and patient satisfaction has continued to improve. However，there are still some problems in terms of government leadership，supporting policy support，departmental coordination，informatization construction，and the level of participation of private medical institutions. On the existing basis，the Anhui Medical Association should adhere to the government’s leadership and promote policy coordination；adjust and optimize the medical insurance payment policy；promote the information integration construction within the medical association；play the leading role of supervision and assessment；strengthen the grassroots talent team building.
