课题组通过开展健康生活方式问卷调查,深入了解北京市民的健康现状、对健康生活方式与行为的认知程度、对运动健身及膳食营养等健康知识的熟悉情况,以及对健康生活方式及相关知识的困惑和需求情况。调查结果显示,当前多数公众都有按时吃早餐的健康生活方式,但对健康早餐营养结构的认知还有待加强;超过一半受访者每天摄入的食物种类数相对偏少,近半数受访者不能确保每天都会摄入蛋白质;人们普遍对“免疫健康”问题高度重视,对来自精神或体力方面的健康问题以及肠胃健康也给予了较高关注;近四成受访者认为营养素补充对改善健康有作用,近三成受访者考虑服用营养素以保障每日营养均衡;逾六成受访者购买营养素补充剂会参考价格因素;超六成受访者购买营养素补充剂首选蛋白质类;多数人的三餐、饮水习惯较为规律,逾六成受访者能够做到烟酒不沾;睡眠不足和缺乏运动,是当前公众健康的重要隐患和威胁,但多数人对这方面的重视程度还不足。因此,要倡导全民关注健康,传递健康生活理念;人人重视营养膳食,全面提高免疫健康;三餐规律烟酒不沾,养成健康生活习惯;按时睡眠勤于锻炼,积极参与全民健身;按需合理补充营养,注重产品品质保障。
<<The research group carried out a questionnaire survey on the healthy lifestyle to deeply understand the health status of Beijing citizens,their awareness of healthy lifestyle and behavior,their familiarity with sports,fitness,diet and nutrition and other health knowledge,as well as their confusion and demand for healthy lifestyle and related knowledge. The survey results show that at present,most of the public have a healthy lifestyle of eating breakfast on time,but their understanding of the nutritional structure of healthy breakfast needs to be strengthened;More than half of the respondents ate relatively few kinds of food every day,and nearly half of the respondents could not ensure that they would eat protein every day;People generally attach great importance to the problem of “immune health”,and also pay high attention to the mental or physical health problems and gastrointestinal health;Nearly 40% of the respondents believe that nutrient supplementation can improve health,and nearly 30% of the respondents consider taking nutrients to ensure daily nutrition balance;More than 60% of respondents will refer to the price factor when purchasing nutrient supplements;More than 60% of respondents preferred proteins when purchasing nutrient supplements;Most people have regular habits of eating,drinking and drinking,and more than 60% of respondents can avoid smoking and drinking;Lack of sleep and lack of exercise are important hidden dangers and threats affecting public health,but most people still pay insufficient attention to this aspect. Therefore,we should advocate the whole people to pay attention to health and pass on the concept of healthy life;Everyone should pay attention to nutritious diet and improve immune health in an all-round way;Eat three regular meals without smoking or drinking,and develop healthy living habits;Sleep regularly,exercise frequently,and actively participate in the national fitness program;Provide reasonable nutrition as needed and pay attention to product quality assurance.
