Charging infrastructure is the basis and guarantee for the promotion of new energy vehicles，a new type of public infrastructure，and an important part of the new infrastructure. Vigorously promoting the construction of charging infrastructure is conducive to solving the charging problems of new energy vehicles and fostering a good environment for the application of new energy vehicles. In recent years，the construction of charging infrastructure in Henan has continued to accelerate，and as of September 2022，the province’s public charging piles exceeded 63000，about 4300 public charging stations were built，and the province’s charging network system was basically completed. Based on the research of charging facilities in the province，this paper systematically analyzes the current problems such as unbalanced spatial layout structure，lack of coordinated utilization of resources and uneven operation and management level of charging facilities，and proposes to optimize the layout of charging infrastructure construction，strengthen the construction of support system for charging infrastructure development，and fully promote the fusion development of vehicle-pile-wise energy.
