2022年,河南分布式电源发展迅猛,成为全省新能源发电新增装机的主要力量。截至8月,全省分布式电源装机突破1600万千瓦,累计发电量突破130亿千瓦时,有力支撑了全省能源绿色转型发展及用电需求快速增长。国家《“十四五”可再生能源发展规划》明确,中东部地区重点推动分散式风电、分布式光伏发电就地就近开发,预计河南分布式电源仍将保持快速发展趋势。本文总结了河南省分布式电源的发展情况,分析其未来发展面临的机遇和挑战,针对分布式电源并网造成的区域消纳困难、电网资源短缺等问题,提出了源荷协调的发展策略及相关技术及策略,引导分布式电源与电网协调发展,促进全社会资源优化配置。
<<In 2022,Henan distributed power supply has developed rapidly and become the main force of the province’s new energy power generation new installed capacity. By the end of August,the province’s distributed power supply installation exceeded 16 million kilowatts,the cumulative power generation exceeded 13 billion kilowatt hours,strongly supporting the province’s energy green transformation development and rapid growth in electricity demand. The National Development and Reform Commission’s “14th Five-Year Plan” for renewable energy makes it clear that the central and eastern regions will focus on promoting decentralized wind power and distributed photovoltaic power generation in the local area,and it is expected that Henan’s distributed power supply will still maintain a rapid development trend. This paper summarizes the development of distributed power sources in Henan Province,analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing their future development,and proposes a development strategy of source-load coordination and related technologies and strategies to guide the coordinated development of distributed power sources and power grids and promote the optimal allocation of resources for the whole society.
