河南是我国人口大省、农业大省,也是煤炭生产和消费的主要省份,在国家“双碳”目标中处于重要位置。电力行业仍以火电为主,贡献了全省40%的碳排放,是河南实现碳达峰、碳中和的关键领域。本文立足保障电力安全可靠供应与电力清洁化转型的战略前提,模拟评估河南中长期电力行业煤炭消费控制和碳排放情况,谋划面向“双碳”目标的河南电力行业中长期控煤路线图及重点举措,提出电力行业控煤对策建议。

Henan is a large population and agricultural province,and also a major province in coal production and consumption,which is in an important position in the national “double carbon” strategy. The power industry is still dominated by thermal power,which accounts for 40% of the province’s carbon emissions and is a key area for Henan to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality. Based on the strategic premise of ensuring the safe and reliable supply of electricity and the clean transformation of electricity,this paper simulates and evaluates the medium and long-term coal consumption control and carbon emission of the power industry in Henan,plans the medium and long-term coal control roadmap and key measures for the “double carbon” target,and proposes countermeasures for coal control in the power industry.
