“十三五”以来,河南新能源实现了跨越式发展,能源绿色低碳转型效果显著。随着“双碳”目标深入推进,新能源继续大规模发展与传统电源、电网调节能力的矛盾日益显现。抽水蓄能作为技术最成熟、应用最广泛、经济性最优的灵活性调节资源,在能源清洁低碳转型发展过程中将担当重要角色。立足河南省抽水蓄能电站发展现状,从电量效益、经济效益、节煤减排效益三个方面与传统火电、新型储能开展对比分析,研究表明建设抽水蓄能电站的综合效益最优。最后,本文从项目抽水蓄能电站项目建设、开发利用以及电价机制等方面,对推动抽水蓄能电站可持续发展提出相关建议。
<<Since the “13th Five-Year Plan”,Henan new energy has achieved leapfrog development,and the effect of green and low-carbon energy transformation is remarkable. With the deepening of the “double carbon” goal,the contradiction between the continued large-scale development of new energy and traditional power supply and grid regulation capacity has become increasingly apparent. Pumped storage,as the most mature technology,the most widely used and economically optimal flexible regulating resources,will play an important role in the development of clean and low-carbon energy transition. Based on the current situation of pumped storage power plant development in Henan Province,a comparative analysis is conducted from three aspects:power efficiency,economic efficiency,coal saving and emission reduction benefits,compared with traditional thermal power and new energy storage,which shows that the comprehensive benefits of building pumped storage power plants are optimal.
