The scientific popularization of health is one of the most economical and effective measures to improve public health. As a carrier of health popularization,health popularization information is published on new media platforms in huge quantity and has problems such as false and vulgar. The relevant domestic laws and regulations are not well constructed,and there is a lack of relevant evaluation tools. By identifying the concepts of new media and health popularization information,this paper reviews the evaluation standards and tools for health information websites and evaluation tools for health education materials at domestic and international,and provides ideas and references for constructing evaluation tools for new media health popularization information release in medical institutions in China.
