Intellectual property finance is an organic integration of intellectual property system and financial service industry，and an important innovative business form in the period of high-quality economic development. Pudong New Area is the first pilot area to engage in intellectual property pledge financing in China，and has gradually explored the Pudong model in the innovation of intellectual property financial services. This paper combs and analyzes the development process and current situation of intellectual property financial services in Pudong New Area，summarizes the achievements and makes case studies. At the same time，the further development of intellectual property financial services innovation in Pudong New Area is still facing many challenges under the background of pioneer area for socialist modernization，and the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
