However，GOI also has some problems，such as insufficient infrastructure construction such as public technology service platform，unsmooth supply and demand docking mechanism，urgent need to further improve the intellectual property rights of innovation achievements，and the need to strengthen linkage and cooperation between GOI and mass entrepreneurship and innovation carriers. Therefore，in the future，Pudong GOI should enhance the incubation service function of large enterprise open innovation centers，establish a coupling development mechanism of large enterprise open innovation centers，optimize the assessment and evaluation rules of large enterprise open innovation centers，strengthen the atmosphere building work of large enterprise open innovation centers，strengthen the leading function of scientific innovation，and better serve the construction of Pudong leading area.
