Steady development of venture capital，is a key point in the construction of Pudong’s Pioneer Area for Socialist Modernization. This paper analyzes the present situation，problems of venture capital development in Pudong，and finally gives some countermeasures and suggestions. First，establish a differentiated supervision system to optimize business environment for venture capital. Second，promote the management structure and mechanism innovation of state-owned venture capital institutions. Third，create a sound ecosystem for venture capital development. Fourth，allow Venture Capital Association play a bigger role as a link between VC institutions and government departments.
