Digital cultural industry is a key field of cultural industry development and an important part of digital economy. In recent years，the nation，Shanghai and Pudong have continuously increased policy guidance and support for digital cultural industry. This report analyzes the current development situation of the digital culture industry in Pudong New Area from the aspects of leading overall situation，basic development conditions，forward-looking spatial layout，and advantageous system construction. It believes that the digital culture industry in Pudong is in the ascendant，but it still faces the development bottlenecks such as core functions to be cultivated，industry boundaries to be clear，integration system to be built，and typical signs to be refined. Therefore，Pudong should take this as a breakthrough，make good use of the initiative of the digital culture industry，and seize the new strategic opportunities of the new track of economic development.
