本报告介绍了“双减”政策的背景、目标、意义及其对学校体育的影响,并基于“双减”背景为学校体育未来发展提出建议。“双减”政策出台驱动了学校体育政策创新,彰显了体育课程的民族性和时代性,推动了体育教师不断加强自身建设,增加了学生日常锻炼时间,社会力量也更为深入地参与学校体育工作。但与此同时,“双减”时代学校体育的健康持续发展也面临一些问题,如体育活动类型内容不够丰富、教师专业性有待提升、校外培训机构不够规范、家校联系不够密切等。为促进“双减”政策更好地落实落地,应当充分利用好“减”的时间,让学生锻炼更主动、体育活动更多样、体育锻炼更高效;科学设计“增”的环节,发挥“家-校-社”的教育合力、规范校外培训、营造浓郁体育文化氛围。
<<This report introduces the background,objectives,significance and impact of the “double reduction” policy on school sports,and makes suggestions for the future development of school sports based on the background of “double reduction” policy. The introduction of the “double reduction” policy has driven the innovation of school sports policies,highlighted the national and epochal characters of the physical education curriculum,promoted the continuous strengthening of physical education teachers’ self-improvement,increased the daily exercise time of students,and social forces have also participated in school sports work more deeply. However,at the same time,the healthy and sustainable development of school sports in the era of “double reduction” also faces some problems,such as the lack of rich content of sports activities,less professional teachers,not very standard off-campus training institutions,and the lack of close home-school ties,etc. In order to promote the better implementation of the “double reduction” policy,we should make full use of the “reduction” time to let students exercise more actively,have more diverse sports activities,and provide more scientific fitness guidance. In order to make scientific use of the time the policy brings,we should give play to the educational synergy of “home-school-community”,standardize off-campus training,and foster a strong sports culture atmosphere.
