    中国体教融合进程研究(2021~2022)

    摘要

    本报告回顾了2021~2022年我国体教融合工作在竞技体育人才培养模式、青少年新型竞赛体系、体教融合参与力量、体育评价改革方面的新发展。2021年,我国竞技体育人才培养政策体系不断完善、培养模式多元化创新发展;全国及地方青少年赛事体系不断完善,启动首届中国青少年足球联赛;学校体育的广泛开展使青少年体育参与度提高,体校、体育传统特色学校、青少年体育俱乐部改革不断深化,体育教师“结构性缺编”倒推体育师资培训多元化改革;高水平运动队招生改革、体育中高考改革不断迎来新举措。在取得巨大成绩的同时,体教融合依旧任重道远,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人贡献体育与教育合力,将成为未来我国体教融合工作的长期焦点。

    Abstract

    This paper reviews the new development of the integration of sports and education in China from 2021 to 2022 in the training mode of competitive sports talents,the new competition system for teenagers,the participation forces of sports and education integration,and the reform of sports evaluation. In 2021,China’s competitive sports talent training policy system has continued to improve,and the training model has been diversified and innovative. The national and local youth competition system has been continuously improved,and the first China Youth Football League has been launched. The extensive development of school sports has increased the participation of young people in sports. The reform of sports schools,schools with traditional sports characteristics,and youth sports clubs has continued to grow. The “structural shortage” of physical education teachers has pushed the diversified reform of physical education teacher training. The enrollment reform of high-level sports teams and the reform of the college entrance examination in sports continue to usher in new measures. While great achievements have been made,the integration of sports and education still has a long way to go. Contributing to the joint efforts of sports and education for the training of socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,art and labor will become the long-term focus of the integration of sports and education in China in the future.
