This report reviews the achievements in the development of China’s spirit and material culture of sport in 2021. In terms of spiritual culture，Chinese sportsmanship and the Olympic spirit have been further integrated and developed. The inheritance，innovation and development of traditional Chinese sports culture have been further developed. The Beijing Winter Olympic spirit has been created. The construction of sports culture has achieved new progress，and sports art has been further developed. In terms of material culture of sport，the artistry of sports venues has been further emphasized，sports intelligent equipment has developed rapidly，sports cultural products have become increasingly prosperous，sports cultural research platforms and broadcasting platforms have been expanded，and the protection of sports tourism bases and cultural heritage has been strengthened. At the same time，this report also analyzes the existing problems of Chinese sports culture，such as insufficient innovation and less creative development of excellent traditional Chinese sports culture，the need for further in-depth sport culture construction，lack of professional standards and requirements for sports intelligent equipment，lack of creative development and innovation in intangible cultural heritage. On this basis，this report tries to put forward some constructive suggestions to promote the development of Chinese sports culture.
