2021年是“十四五”规划的开局之年,也是筑牢体育强国根基、奋力实现体育现代化的关键之年。本报告对2020~2021年中国体育产业的发展现状、存在的不足进行分析,发现我国体育产业结构发展趋势向好,但产业发展规模仍较小;产业布局融入区域发展,但产业区域间发展不平衡;产业融合发展渐入佳境,产业发展政策、法律和市场环境持续向好,但产业支撑体系不够完善,产业主体专业化不足。本报告对2022年中国体育产业发展面临的国际体育赛事的举办、“十四五”体育发展政策持续驱动、数字技术在体育领域的深度应用和资源加速向优质体育企业聚集等机遇做出分析,并对2022年中国体育产业从把握体育赛事影响力、持续推动体育产业数字化转型、加强体育消费引导、强化体育市场监管责任四个方面提出发展对策。
<<It is the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and a crucial year for strengthening the foundation of sports power and striving to realize sports modernization in 2021. This report analyzes the development status and existing problems of China’s sports industry from 2021 to 2022. It finds that:(1)the development trend of China’s sports industry structure is improving,but the industrial scale is still small;(2)the industrial layout is integrated into regional development,but the industrial development is unbalanced between regions and between urban and rural areas;(3)the integrated development of industries is getting better,and the policies,laws and market environment for industrial development continue to advance,but the industrial support system is insufficient,and the degree of specialization of industrial subjects is not high. This report analyzes the opportunities faced by the development of China’s sports industry in 2022,such as the holding of international events,the driving force of the 14th Five-Year Plan sports policy,the deep application of digital technology in sports and the acceleration of resources to high-quality sports enterprises. It puts forward measures for China’s sports industry in 2022 from four aspects:grasping the influence of events,continuously promoting the digital transformation of the sports industry,strengthening the guidance of sports consumption,and strengthening the responsibility of sports market supervision.
