2021～2022年，中国体育产业发展取得了新的辉煌成就，北京2022年冬奥会的成功举办开启了体育发展的新阶段，中国体育在群众体育、竞技体育、体育产业及体育文化领域都取得了新成绩。回顾这一年，北京2022年冬奥会的重大成就与时代价值加快了体育强国建设步伐，而体教融合、学校体育发展、“三大球”振兴以及体育企业的数字化转型、冰雪运动项目管理体制改革和体育养生等现实需求也在推动着中国体育的跨越式发展。新发展阶段，中国体育发展迎来了高质量发展的新引擎。首先，本报告通过体育公共服务持续提升揭示了体育公共服务在推进全民健身与全民健康深度融合，提升人们参与体育的广度和深度，促进体育人口的质量提升及推动城乡间、区域间基本体育公共服务均衡发展中的重要作用；其次，本报告以体育标准化建设不断完善明确了体育标准化在服务体育强国建设、服务体育改革发展、服务体育治理体系和治理能力现代化方面的重要意义；再次，本报告聚焦全国统一大市场逐步确立，深化了全国统一大市场在推动体育要素循环体系畅通、提升体育产业链现代化水平及破除区域体育协同发展壁垒中的重要价值；最后，本报告提出了数字体育在推动全民健身战略走向纵深、赋能竞技体育提升综合实力、促进体育产业扩大消费需求及丰富体育文化产品多样形态中的重要作用。
<<From 2021 to 2022，China’s sports industry made new achievements. The holding of the Beijing Winter Olympics opened a new stage for sports development，and China’s sports has made new achievements in the fields of mass sports，competitive sports，sports industry and sports culture. Reviewing the past year，the major achievements and era values of the Beijing Winter Olympics have accelerated the pace of sports power construction. The integration of sports and education，the development of school sports，the revitalization of the “Big Three” ball games，the digital transformation of sports enterprises，the reform of the management system of winter sports，and the physical health and other practical needs are also promoting the leapfrog development of Chinese sports. In the new stage of development，China’s sports high-quality development has ushered in a new engine. First of all，through the improvement of sports public services，this report revealed the important role of sports public services in promoting the deep integration of national fitness and national health，in enhancing the breadth and depth of people’s participation in sports，in promoting the quality of sports population and in promoting the balance of basic sports public services between urban and rural areas and between regions. Secondly，through the establishment of sports standardization，the report clarified the significance of standardization in serving the construction of sports power，the development of sports reform and the modernization of sports governance. Thirdly，the report focused on the formation of the national unified market and deepened the important values of the national unified market in helping to build a new paradigm of sports development，to improve the modernization level of the sports industry chain and to realize the coordinated development of regional sports. Finally，the report put forward the important applications of digital sports expansion in effectively promoting the implementation of the national fitness strategy，enabling the improvement of the comprehensive strength of competitive sports，promoting the innovation and development of sports industry and enriching sports cultural products.
