Southeast Asian countries are vigorously promoting the development of the digital economy against the backdrop of the global entry into the digital era. It is an urgent need to build a new engine for economic growth and industrial transformation oriented to “Industry 4.0”. It is also an important technical support for regional connectivity. Stepping into the digital era，countries have made remarkable progress in digital infrastructure，e-commerce，digital finance and e-government，showing broad prospects for development.
