The 27^th ASEAN Summit launched the “ASEAN Community Vision 2025” and the blueprint of the three pillars of the ASEAN Community，formulated the strategic goals and put forward concrete measures for the construction of the ASEAN community in the next decade. Over the past five years，ASEAN has made new progress in building a people-centered and rules-based community，accelerating the building of regional political and security alliances，promoting the free flow of production factors，and advancing the integration of social and cultural resources. However，in the context of the global epidemic，the construction of ASEAN community has been impacted，public health security in the region has been highlighted，the flow of regional production factors of has been blocked，and cultural communication have been stagnated，all of which have delayed the process of ASEAN regional integration.
