Enhancing the toughness of the industrial chain supply chain is the key to ensuring the safety and stability of the industrial chain supply chain. Report to the 20th CPC National Congress of the Party put forward “focusing on improving the toughness and safety level of the industrial chain supply chain”. As China’s traditional old industrial base and important agricultural base，Northeast China started the road of comprehensive revitalization in 2021. This report sorts out the status quo，policy implementation and implementation experience of industrial chain supply chain in various regions of Northeast China. On this basis，it puts forward targeted policy suggestions from the aspects of undertaking advanced technology transfer，giving full play to the boosting role of industrial policy，cultivating digital ecology in multiple dimensions，improving financial support，cultivating professionals and creating a more suitable business environment.
