Climate change is an important emerging topic in South-South cooperation，which has become a core consideration in international public policy in recent years due to its long duration and wide coverage. Firstly，this paper analyzes the characteristics and trends of China’s South-South cooperation in climate arena. Secondly，with the introduction of China’s carbon neutral vision，the “Belt and Road” green infrastructure cooperation has become an important platform for practical cooperation in China’s SSC. Based on the questionnaire of the SSC training course，this paper tries to identify the needs and barriers of technologies required for green infrastructure cooperation. Finally，this paper proposes a methodology for evaluating green infrastructure cooperation in the power industry based on the “Belt and Road” green infrastructure cooperation.
