This survey report explores the demand of enrollees for health management services of insurance companies from the perspective of the demand side. It analyzed the insured’s evaluation of health management services provided by insurance companies and their actual needs for health management services. The results showed that the requirement of multiple value functions of health insurance became more prominent. At present，private health insurance enrollees are mainly healthy people，and their demands for health management services are primarily focused on health monitoring services. Insurance companies need to optimize the service items further and improve the customers’ satisfaction with health management services. Building a service platform and promoting digital health management is expected to effectively encourage the integration of health insurance and health management.
