At present，Shangqiu City insists on taking the high-quality development of manufacturing industry as the main direction，focuses on promoting the deep integration of manufacturing industry digital industrialization and industry digitization，strengthens the infrastructure construction，and achieves certain results and accumulate some experiences in improving the digital level of manufacturing industry. However，due to the thin base，late start，weak technology and little application，Shangqiu City is facing the difficulties of manufacturing transformation。It is suggested that focusing on infrastructure，core industries，integration applications，digital governance capabilities，digital ecology，talent training and other areas to implement the digital transformation measures in detail.
