The development of digital economy has been elevated to a national strategy. The digital economy as a new economic form is becoming an important force leading economic and social development. In the era of digital economy，Henan’s digital economy development is facing opportunities and challenges. How to seize the new track of digital economy development and seize the major opportunities of digital economy development is a major issue that Henan needs to explore at present and in the future. Therefore，it is necessary to dig into the problems of the core industries of Henan’s digital economy based on the definition of the core industries of the digital economy in the Statistical Classification of the Digital Economy and its Core Industries （2021）.

And based on the current development status of Henan’s digital economy，further compile ideas on the development of the core industries of the digital economy from the aspects of innovation-driven，cluster development and digital-real integration，and provide constructive suggestions for the development of Henan’s digital economy.
