The county manufacturing industry is an important cornerstone of Henan’s industrial high-quality development and a potential growth area. With the development of the fourth industrial revolution driven by digital technology in high gear，the county manufacturing industry in Henan urgently needs to make positive progress in the field of digital transformation and upgrading during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period. This report analyses the strengths and weaknesses of the digital development of the county manufacturing industry in Henan，and explores the digital paths suitable for the local manufacturing industry in terms of top-level design，digital infrastructure，service platforms and talent echelons，which is of reference significance for Henan to improve the development of the county manufacturing industry and build a “strong digital province”.
