As an important source of financial revenue，an important subject of business innovation，and an important source of private investment，private enterprises are an important support for the economic development of the province and play an important role in promoting economic development，industrial upgrading，scientific and technological innovation，and social progress. At present，the digital economy has become a new engine for high-quality development of regional economy. The digital transformation of private enterprises will help stimulate the new momentum of provincial economic development and open up new space for economic development. Based on this，this paper systematically combs the basic status quo of the digital transformation and development of private enterprises in the province，deeply analyzes the obstacles and problems in promoting the digital transformation of private enterprises at present，and puts forward five transformation suggestions，namely，changing thinking，clarifying the path，strengthening the chain，building a benchmark，and building an ecosystem.
