In 2022，the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei residents’ sense of security assessment score was 80.43 points，which is generally good. The lowest-scoring secondary indicator is “sense of safety in public places” and the highest-scoring secondary indicator is “sense of safety on campus”. In terms of regional comparison，Tianjin residents have the highest overall sense of security，Beijing residents have the second overall sense of security，and Hebei residents have the lowest overall sense of security. Compared with the same period，the sense of security of Beijing residents decreased slightly，but there were differences in different aspects of the change. In addition，the relationship between different characteristics and a sense of security has changed from the previous year. The report recommends that a sense of security be made an integral part of social governance in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Give full play to the advantages of municipal social governance，focus on spatial governance in urban development and respect the need for diversity and security.
