Conflict and dispute resolution is an important matter related to the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and an important task in the construction of a safe Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This report divides the first-level indicators of “conflict and dispute resolution” into four second-level indicators and 14 third-level indicators，and gives different evaluation weights. Through an online search，questionnaire surveys and interviews，we comprehensively analyzed the data obtained，and the 2022 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei “Conflict Resolution” index score of 87.18 points. In general，“multi-mediation of contradictions and disputes”，“risk assessment of social stability in major decision-making” and “construction of the rule of law in letters and visits” scored higher on the three secondary indicators，the score of “prevention and resolution of the source of social contradictions” needs further improvement. In the promotion of the “contradictions and disputes resolution” in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region，it is necessary to fully base ourselves on the new situation，new tasks and new requirements in the process of building a new pattern of development. Under the basic strategy of the comprehensive advancement of law-based governance，with the help of modern new science and technology，we should implement the “One network” policy，extend the antennae of preventing and eliminating the source of social conflicts，and promote the “One network unified management”，we will improve the level of intelligence in the multi-disciplinary mechanism for resolving conflicts and disputes，implement “one-network co-governance”，continuously improve the social stability risk assessment of major decision-making，and comprehensively promote the construction of the rule of law in letters and petitions through “one-law connection”.
