There are seven second-level indicators set under the first-level indicator of crime prevention and control，in which 6 second-level indicators i.e. crime prevention and control on the street，crime prevention and control of the business that should be permitted by police organ，crime prevention and control of the community，crime prevention and control inside the enterprise and public institution，crime prevention and control of the internet，crime prevention and control in the periphery of the capital. Reflect the circumstance of the construction of crime prevention and control，which indicate the actual state of crime prevention and control. The indicator of the effect of crime prevention and control indicates the effect of crime prevention and control. Seven second-level indicators are dived into 25 third-level indicators. The data source of evaluation comes from internet survey，statistics and the questionnaires. Affected by COVID-19，the questionnaire survey in 2022 was mainly conducted by telephone consultation，online Q & A and other non-contact methods. The evaluation showed that the score of the first-level indicator of crime prevention and control is 83.40. The 2 lowest scores of the second-level indicators is crime prevention and control of the community whose sore is 68.42，and crime prevention and control on the street whose score is 73.99. These two second-level indicators hinder the total score of the first-level indicator of crime prevention and control.
