The construction of the Safe Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a systematic project to maintain the safety and stability of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and promote the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The evaluation results show that the overall score of the construction of Safe Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei evaluation （2022） is 85.89，which is at the level of “excellent”. It indicates that the construction of Safe Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in 2022 has achieved remarkable results and outstanding effects，which have been recognized by the general citizens. The four indicators of “social governance”，“emergency management”“resolution of contradictions and disputes” and “the guarantee mechanism of Safe Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei” are at the “excellent” level. The three indicators of “crime prevention and control”，“people’s livelihood and safety” and “sense of security” are at the “good” level. The “social governance” part scored the highest，with 89.56 points，and the “sense of security” scored the lowest. The next step should be to further broaden the participation channels of the main bodies of social governance，improve the ability of grassroots communities and key areas to accurately prevent and control crime，improve and perfect the system and mechanism of coordinated emergency management in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region，improve the conflict and dispute resolution mechanism that integrates handling，assessment and prevention，improve the government’s ability to protect people’s livelihood，promote the normalization and integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei safety security construction in the new era，and enhance residents’ sense of security with advanced governance models.
