This paper analyzed the new progress of Fengxian District in digital transformation from the perspective of economic digitalization，life digitalization，governance digitalization and “digital river sea” project. It pointed out that Fengxian District had made great progress in digital transformation over the past year by overcoming the adverse effects of increasing downward pressure on the economy and repeated COVID-19 epidemic. At the same time，it was also faced with some difficulties such as insufficient digital base connectivity，insufficient data resource sharing，insufficient application scenarios is，insufficient digital innovation ability. The overall level of Smart City of Fengxian was still low，which was also at a low level compared to suburban towns. This paper also compareed the digital transformation planning of Fengxian with that of other four suburban towns，and pointed out that each suburb has common experiences such as highlighting regional brands，strengthening the guidance of emerging technologies，promoting industrial integration and development，deepening the concept of digital benefiting the people，and paying attention to digital ecological construction. Finally，this paper proposed that the digital transformation of Fengxian needs to further highlight the development focus，accelerate the integration of industry and city，improve the innovation ecology，promote the linkage of three districts，strengthen brand promotion，and promote the continuous deepening of digital transformation.
