Since the establishment of the Lingang Special Area，Fengxian has tried to make full use of the opportunities of the adjacent national strategy，actively planned and integrated into the Special Area’s development，established a normalized and institutionalized coordination mechanism，and has made substantial progress in bilateral infrastructure construction，social management，public services，etc. In the process of actively integrating into the Special Area，Fengxian should facilitate the complementary interaction of industries，realize the mutual benefit of people’s livelihood services，promote the integration of urban functions，absorb the spillover radiation of advantageous policies，and seize the breakthrough points that are in line with the interests of both sides in the automotive industry，productive services，infrastructure，public services，social governance，cultural tourism，rural revitalization，etc. In exploring the new mode of regional cooperation，Fengxian should make efforts to pilot the application of special policies in the Special Area，jointly develop the fields with common characteristics，and jointly build a social service system to give an impetus to mutual benefits and win-win results.
