Shanghai is making full efforts to “five-type economy”，in order to promote the economic form to be more innovative，open，quantitative flow，and service level，headquarters level to be more promoted. In order to grasp the strategic opportunity of the development of “five-type economy”，Fengxian District is vigorously promoting investment attraction in the context of the new era，focusing on the selection of high-quality enterprises，and adhere to the way of both selection and cultivation，support policies and cultivation programs formulated for the existing industrial development，so as to realize the high-quality development of Fengxian economy. By sorting out the main work and achievements of investment attraction in Fengxian District in the context of the new era，this report finds out the problems existing in the promotion of the work，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions，in order to explore the path of panning enterprises to stimulate the vitality of Fengxian “five-type economy” in the context of the new era.
