From January to June of 2022，the value added of service industry in Fengxian district was 20.941 billion yuan，with 3.9% decrease compared with that of the same period last year，accounting for 37.3% of the total value added of the district，an increase of 2.1 percentage points over the previous year，indicating that the industrial structure of Fengxian District was gradually optimized，and the contribution rate of service industry to the economy continued to increase. From the perspective of tax structure，the contribution rate of tax revenue from the service industry is leading among the three industries. From January to September of 2022，the tax revenue reached 26.893 billion yuan，13.9% lower than that of the last year，accounting for 58.75% of the whole industry. From the perspective of fixed asset investment，the service sector takes the largest proportion in the three industries. From January to September of 2022，the service sector’s fixed asset investment is 24.413 billion yuan，15.2% lower than the same period last year，accounting for 76.29% of the whole industry’s fixed asset investment，about 2 percentage points higher than the previous year. In terms of the service sector，the growth rate of wholesale and retail trade slowed down，commodity sales stabilized and picked up，the real estate industry gradually recovered，the financial industry grew steadily，and the number of listed enterprises increased. It is expected that in 2023，consumer goods market in Fengxian District will gradually stabilize，consumption recovery will be driven by online retail，the real estate market will accelerate recovery，and the financial market will maintain a good trend of stable and rising.
