氢能相较于传统化石能源具有清洁、低碳的优势,相较于水电、光电、风电等可再生能源具有稳定的优势。以氢气为燃料,可在能源转换终端实现零碳排放甚至净零排放;同时,以氢气为载体,通过耦合电网、气网、热网等多能源系统建立多能互补能源系统,可实现可再生能源高效、稳定、灵活地综合性利用。本文立足“双碳”目标,以电力、钢铁和交通为代表的高碳排行业为研究对象,分析了以氢能推动深度减碳的有效路径,并指出了各行业氢能发展当前各自面临的障碍。基于当前发展的情况和预期前景,提出当前氢能产业发展应着力强化产业部门和区域协调发展,构建系统协调的产业发展格局,重点攻克绿氢制取、氢气管道储运等关键技术节点,完善产业标准,推动氢能产业均衡、协调、有序发展。
<<Hydrogen energy has the advantages of clean and low-carbon compared with traditional fossil energy,and the advantages of stability compared with hydropower,photovoltaic and wind power. As a fuel,hydrogen could realize zero carbon emission or even net zero emission at the terminal of energy conversion. As a carrier,hydrogen could also link power grid,gas grid,and heat grid into a multi-energy complementary system for realizing efficient,stable,and flexible comprehensive utilizations of renewable energy. The present report based on the goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,analyzed the effective paths for hydrogen energy to achieve deep carbon reduction in the typical high-carbon emission industries (such as power section,steel section,and transportation section),and pointed out the major obstacles faced by each industry in the development of hydrogen energy. Based on the current development situation and expected prospects,the report proposed that the development of hydrogen energy industry should focus on strengthening the coordinated development of industrial departments and regions,building a systematic and coordinated industrial development pattern,tackling key technical nodes (like green hydrogen production,hydrogen pipeline storage and transportation),improving industrial standards,and promoting the development of hydrogen energy industry in a way of balanced,coordinated,and orderly.
