Financial development is the fundamental of green financial development. This report assesses the local financial ecology from two aspects：macroeconomic development and financial system development. The macroeconomic development is mainly completed by measuring and comparing key indicators of local economic scale，economic structure and economic quality；the financial system development is mainly completed by measuring and comparing key indicators of financial industry scale，financial market scale，financial system development efficiency and financial system development function. The overall regional financial ecological level shows the characteristics that eastern provinces rate higher than central and western provinces，and coastal provinces are generally higher than inland provinces.
