视频行业的快速发展改变了人们的日常生活,视频内容创作者的大量涌现一方面促进了视频内容生态的繁荣,另一方面也对社会风气产生了负面影响。本文通过分析近五年来若干视频内容创作者社会责任履行的正负面典型案例,归纳了当下中国视频内容创作者应肩负的社会责任内涵:创作者需要把握主流意识形态,引领向上向善风尚;推进知识普及,促进文化传播;创新传播形式,支持社会公益;弘扬传统文化,增强民族自信。同时,政府、平台、公民应合力建设视频内容创作者社会责任履行的监督和治理体系。
<<The rapid development of video industry has changed people’s daily life. The emergence of a large number of video content creators has promoted the prosperity of the video content ecology on the one hand,but on the other hand,it also has a negative impact on the social ethos. By analyzing the positive and negative typical cases of social responsibility fulfillment of video content creators in recent five years,this paper summarizes the connotation of social responsibility that Chinese video content creators should shoulder:creators need to grasp the mainstream ideology and lead the upward trend;promote the popularization of knowledge and the spread of culture;innovate new communication forms and support public welfare;promote traditional culture and enhance national confidence. At the same time,the government,platforms and citizens should work together to build a supervision and governance system for content creators to fulfill their social responsibility.
