The ACG community has become a vibrant and influential subcultural group in cyberspace. Based on their common interest in animation，comics and games，community members have developed kinds of participatory cultural practices with great style and enthusiasm，such as coining argots，creating fan works，practicing Cosplay and attending anime conventions，which have played a constructive role in enriching language expressions，promoting economic development and facilitating cultural exchanges. However，these cultural practices can become irrational sometimes because of the uneven media literacy of community members，the lag in regulations and the infiltration of fandom culture. Some chronic problems and new conditions，including objectionable content，disputes on copywrite，and conflicts among different circles，have hindered the sustainable development of the community. To retrieve the value of rational entertainment and assure the healthy development of the community，the government，platforms and community members should take their responsibilities for strengthening supervision，perfecting laws and guiding the atmosphere of the community.
