The coordinated legislation of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is the first step to optimize the regional legal environment，and it is an important guarantee to promote the coordinated development of Chengdu and Chongqing. At present，the Chengdu-Chongqing collaborative legislation is still in its infancy，the lack of incentives for collaborative legislation，and the loose cooperation system and mechanism of collaborative legislation have seriously restricted the development of collaborative legislation in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. In order to get rid of the predicament of collaborative legislation，it is urgent to learn from the beneficial experience of collaborative legislation in other regions. On the basis of determining the guiding principles of collaborative legislation，strengthen the top-level system design，establish a collaborative legislation model，unblock the collaborative legislation operation mechanism，and improve the collaborative legislation guarantee system.
