数字时代,社交媒体平台成为职业新闻生产者开展传播实践的重要场域。本文以微博这一典型社交媒体平台为观测点,对2022年我国媒体微博的社会责任履行情况进行实证评估。整体来看,媒体微博能够较好地履行社会责任,尤其在信息生产维度有着不俗的表现,但价值引导、文化教育和沟通协调维度的履责水平有待提升。拥有新闻发布资质和认知权威性的专业媒体在微博平台的履责能力明显优于机构自媒体。面对“加速社会”的流量裹挟、多头发展的生存状态、“即时性”的发布原则以及热点新闻的实时更新,部分媒体微博出现了采访核实意识不强、传播内容深度不足、协调沟通效能低下等问题。媒体微博应该坚守采访核实底线,坚持传播内容的深度,培养公众信息消费的多样性,成为具有公共服务精神的优质信息提供者和公共交往理念的维护者、阐释者和示范者,同时在传播实践中强化关系化思维,注重沟通性和共情性。
<<In the digital era,social media platforms have become an important field for professional news producers to carry out communication practices. This paper takes microblog,a typical social media platform,as an observation point and conducts an empirical study on the performance of social responsibility of chinese media microblogs in 2022. On the whole,media microblog can better perform its social responsibilities,especially in the dimension of “information production”,but the performance level of “value guidance”,“culture and education” and “communication and coordination” needs to be improved. Professional media with press release qualification and cognitive authority perform their duties on the microblog platform significantly better than institutional we media. Faced with the pressure of traffic,the survival state of multiple development,the principle of “immediacy” of news reports and the real-time update of hot news,some media microblogs have problems such as weak awareness of interview verification,insufficient depth of communication content and unsatisfactory communication efficiency. Media microblog should stick to the bottom line of interview and verification,adhere to the depth of communication content,cultivate the diversity of public information consumption,become a provider of high-quality information with public service spirit and a defender,interpreter and demonstrator of public communication concept,and strengthen relational thinking in communication practice,focusing on communication and empathy.
