Since the 18th CPC National Congress，the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have continuously guided and supported the healthy development of the private economy，and the private economy in Henan has grown rapidly and has gradually become a new force in the economic development of the province. However，based on the analysis of the realistic outline of the development of private enterprises in Henan from the three dimensions of total quantity，structure and power，it is found that their development strength is weak，which requires Henan to further speed up the high-quality development of private economy. unswervingly increase confidence，widely publicize heavy protection，promote innovation，heavy investment and strong cultivation，reduce the burden of pass card points，reduce barriers，and strengthen the team，excellent environment and smooth channels.
