From January to August，2022，the overall situation of Henan’s foreign trade is as follows：the total import and export volume and growth rate are moving forward in fluctuations，the structure of import and export commodities still needs to be optimized，the vitality of the main body of the foreign trade industry continues to increase，emerging markets are further expanded，and the trade mode is more optimized. Looking forward to the whole year from the fourth quarter of 2022 to 2023，thanks to the support brought by the continuous improvement of the economy，if there is no interference from more special factors in the fourth quarter，the vitality of market players will be effectively stimulated in the process of implementing the package of policies and measures to stabilize foreign trade，and Henan’s foreign trade import and export will further steadily speed up and steadily improve quality. To this end，the key to pushing the opening up to a new level is to vigorously promote the institutional opening strategy. Second，we need to improve the cooperation mechanism between Henan and RCEP，guide enterprises to layout a diversified international market，improve cross-border e-commerce system innovation and regulatory services，and promote the pace of technological opening up.
