    2021年中国广播听众收听分析报告

    摘要

    近年来,广播媒体虽然遭遇移动互联网以及新媒体发展的冲击,但是在不断深化媒体融合发展中,广播听众的收听习惯依旧表现为总体保持稳定、局部稳中有变。广播听众以“80后”“90后”为主,表现出一定的年轻化趋势,虽然男性听众偏多,但是性别差距在缩小;以中青年、中高学历、中高收入与白领阶层为主,总体较为优质。智能端与车载端是听众的主要收听终端,其中智能端听众规模超过车载端听众规模;听众收听场景灵活多变,其中车载、通勤、居家、运动/健身等场景仍然具有较强的竞争优势。听众的收听活跃度与黏性仍然较高,工作日高峰时段收听集中度相对更高,且晚间收听高峰时段后移。听众选择特定电台/频率收听的比例大幅下降,而选择其他收听方式的广播听众的比例大幅上升,这与智能端成为听众主流收听终端的趋势相一致。收听内容依旧以属地内容为主,新闻、音乐、交通为主流类型频率。不同类型听众、不同收听场景的内容消费需求呈现较为明显的差异,节目内容垂直化生产与节目精细化编排依然是移动互联网时代广播电台巩固听众留存率、提升听众黏性与收听忠诚度的基本方略。

    Abstract

    In recent years,although the broadcast media has encountered the impact of mobile internet and new media development,but in the continuous deepening of media convergence development,the listening habits of broadcast listeners are still stable in general and stable in part. Radio listeners are mainly post-80s and post-90s,showing a certain trend of rejuvenation,although more men,but the gender gap is narrowing;mainly middle and high education,middle and high income white-collar working class,overall more high-quality. Smart terminal and car terminal are the main listening terminals for listeners,with smart terminal users exceeding car terminal;listeners’ listening scenarios are flexible and changeable,with strong competitive advantages in car,commuting,home,exercise and other scenarios. Listeners’ listening activity and stickiness are still strong,with a relatively higher concentration of listening during peak hours on weekdays and a shift to later peak hours in the evening. The proportion of listeners choosing to listen to fixed radio stations/frequencies has dropped significantly,while the choice to listen to App program content,specific program content as well as live,specific hosts and active search for program content has increased significantly,which is consistent with the smart terminal to become the most important listening terminal for listeners. Listening content is still dominated by local content,news,music,traffic as the main type of listening frequency. Different types of listeners,different listening scenarios of content consumption needs show more obvious differences,the content of the program vertical production and fine programming is still the basic strategy of the mobile Internet era of radio stations to consolidate the retention rate of listeners and enhance the stickiness and listening loyalty of listeners.
