本报告从媒体智能化的核心,即人工智能技术及其应用、行业发展、政策等方面入手,聚焦我国媒体智能化进程中的重要部分,对近年尤其是2021~2022年的智能家居、智能出行和智慧城市三大场景进行概括和总结。研究发现,我国人工智能技术总体已处于世界领先梯队,但在基础层、技术层上仍与部分发达国家存在差距;我国的人工智能政策环境良好,注重其与传统产业的融合,面对竞争中的技术封锁等不利条件,应保持已有优势并在顶尖人才、基础理论等方面积累实力,实现人工智能核心技术的自主可控与创新。
<<This report intends to focus on an important part of China’s media intelligence process from the core of media intelligence,that is,artificial intelligence technology and its application,industry development,policies,etc.,that is,to summarize the three scenes of smart home,smart travel and smart city in recent years,especially in 2021-2022. The study found that China’s artificial intelligence technology as a whole has been in the world’s leading echelon,but there is still a gap with some developed countries in the basic layer and technology layer;China’s artificial intelligence policy environment is good,pay attention to the integration with traditional industries,in the face of competitive technology blockade and other unfavorable conditions,should maintain the existing advantages and accumulate strength in top talents,basic theories and other aspects,to achieve the independent controllability and innovation of artificial intelligence core technology.
